Exactly.
Note that the video takes aim at Clinton and Carter. Bush had 8 years AND 9/11 and did NOTHING about the high number of refugees OR to effectively secure our borders. In fact, when it comes to the latter...Bush INTENTIONALLY did nothing, despite 9/11.

I believe that if these people can’t adapt to our laws & are creating problems then they need to go back to their homeland. I think we have enough problems without bringing more people into this country. Shaking my head again.

The immigration laws we deal with today were writted by Ted Kennedy in the late 1960s
Congress make the laws.
Here in San Diego we have over 30,000 Somali refuges besides other Horn of Africa refuges.
Over 30,000 Iraqis (mostly Chaldean Christian and educated)
Thousands of Russians, Serbs, Croats, et, etc,
not to mention Mexico at our southern border.
