Are all of these victims Young Republicans?
The last victim, Gerald Smith, appears to have voted for Obama according to one of his websites but he was a known Christian and a Business major/fraternity brother.
It's not clear if his political leanings were known to everyone on campus. However, the area that the school is located in is thought to be heavily conservative. Based on outward appearance alone and his local, Gerald fits the profile of a typical conservative in the making. Hard to believe for some that he wasn't a "conservative" I imagine.
The killers seem to be coming out from the larger cities and branching out according to the maps. Dr. Gilbertson is saying that they generate from "cells" operating around the Midwest.
It seems that these are gangs, if you will, going on field trips to bars and picking out victims, maybe based on tips from others on each campus.
