You said you down loaded this? How? I like to start burning DVD’s to send out to everyone I know and have them pass it on!

I used Video DownloadHelper, a FireFox plugin. It downloads files in their native format, which will be .flv (Flash videos). You will have to convert them to .avi if you want to burn a movie DVD but if you're just e-mailing clips to people or making a data file of clips on CD or DVD, you'll want to download a flash viewer such as Adobe's Media Player.

If you convert the clips using Video Downloader, you'll have to fiddle with the selections to choose the right audio and video codecs. Something such as .wma and .aa something.

You also may download Koyote Software's video converter Which is pretty easy to use as well.

When the video downloader detects videos that can be downloaded, the "molecule" icon will begin to rotate in your menu bar. Click the little black triangle next to the molecules and select the name of the video that ends in .flv and it will download to wherever you designate. If you convert the video through Video Downloader, you will have their icon tagged in the corner of your video unless you pay their registration fee to get rid of the icon.
