Pakistan: Anonymous "miscreants" blow up girls' school
Once again, the unknown miscreants vent their rage on girls' schools. Of course, had this report explained the stated goals of these "miscreants" -- the total application of sharia, including keeping females uneducated -- this story would make a bit more sense. "Miscreants blow up girls' school at Bannu," from Geo TV, April 5:
BANNU: Some unidentified miscreants have blasted with explosives a girls' school in the town here.Sources said that the miscreants this morning blasted with a bang a girls’ school located in the vicinity of Miryan police station here by planting explosives, tearing off the building of the school, but no loss of life took place. Police have started investigation into the incident.
How so utterly perfunctory is that last sentence?

I mean... it's not as if it's a normal thing in the Muslim // specially in Talibani world to attack girls...
I’m not an expert on Islam, but I thought that Mohammed mandated the educating of females.

You can find many contradictions in Muhammad’s teaching.
Exactly and this is who the terror types usually pick on deserted schools,bombings at shopping areas, or defenseless enemies of sharia and other whack job beliefs of the religion of peace.Its all BS.
So one has to look at the later writings to see if anything abrogates Muhammad's sunny early sayings.
The thing is: Islamists won't tell you that a text is abrogated. They will point to an abrogated text and use it to show that Islam is peaceful, it supports women, etc.
Ah, I wonder what Obie will have to say about this “man-caused disaster.”
BTW, isn’t that a sexist term, blaming these disasters on men? Don’t women cause some of them?
I read this and immediately suspected highly educated, temperate Southern Baptists.

I think a better term would be “animals” or “low-lives.” So now terrorism that targets children is on the level of schoolboy pranks?
