The Manhattan district attorney's office has smashed a sinister plot to smuggle nuclear weapons materials to Iran through unwitting New York banks, the Daily News has learned.
Officials plan to unseal a 118-count indictment Tuesday accusing a Chinese national of setting up a handful of fake companies to hide that he was selling millions of dollars in potential nuclear materials to Tehran.

“Ya ya ya. Straw man argument.”
No, the mere idea of considering all ‘ethnic’ Chinese to be spies is completely ludicrous - not to mention reminiscent of the McCarthyism days. There are a lot of ETHNIC Chinese who are loyal patriots to this country.
Your statement might have more merit if you meant Chinese nationals. You can’t single someone out based on their ethnicity when it comes to something like this in America - not all Americans are caucasian.
Well, Iran was laundering money in order to buy nuclear weapons material. Imagine that. Part of their peaceful nuclear power program, no doubt.
Our wonderful government can’t be that stupid. They should know what’s going on in Iran’s nuclear program. For whatever reason, Obama doesn’t care. But his minions will keep lying to us.
While Hillary issues a statement about how “unhelpful” this was.
It’s high time to apologize for western European colonialism
And pay reparations to Iran

Another distraction, an “in-your-face” effort to overwhelm us. Not saying it isn’t true. There seem to be just too many “balls” to keep an eye on. Regrettably, there aren’t enough “balls” attached to the males in positions of Power to do what needs to be done. (No offense, ladies.)
You nailed it...
Stumbling over something like this is designed to do two things...
Expose, then create doubt, and draw out the conspiracy theorist...Diffuse the outrage, and kook up the outrage...
And...
Eliminate any legitimate or compitent investigation into this by any entity...
The spin off will be that this is a signal to those involved in the fringes of all of this to let them know that the effort has been a success, and that their involvement is safe from any additional (remember legitimate and credible) scrutiny...
They’ve won another battle...
Just a rogue act, I’m sure. Just as I’m equally sure the PLA doesn’t have its hands in the cyber attacks on the Pentagon and other US gov’t computer systems. OR the theft of military design secrets. Trust Uncle Mao.

Re. Bechtel Group Inc. and Fluor Corp, isn’t/wasn’t Di Fi’s husband heavily unvolved with them?
So are ‘paid for’ politicians.
What does Di Fi stand for?
>>>Your statement might have more merit if you meant Chinese nationals.
That would not work either. Look at all the Chinese nationals enslaved in the human trafficking industry.

I’m not sure about Fluor Corp. I think you may be thinking of URS Corp.
Yes, thanks.
Sounds like a good first step.
I had no idea.
