Looks more like a pass-the-buck than a request.

Obamas little joy ride in the Whitehouse is about to come to a screeching halt.

This is BS. Conway (AG of KY) is a die-hard Democrat. Not gonna happen.

Attorney Generals of Kentucky are in fact unable to investigating anyone except Republicans. Its a time honored tradition in our fair Commonwealth.

This may well be an exercise in governmental buck passing. However, this issue is a critical Constitutional issue, and deserves a full and complete hearing and resolution.

Keep the heat on it...

It’s time to take back the country.

The Attorney General of Hawaii (Mark J. Bennett) is a Republican and he has the power under Hawaii law to seek a subpoena for Obama’s original, vault copy, long form birth certificate.
THAT (in my humble opinion) is where the political pressure should be applied.

"The letter does not ask for an investigation."

Somehow I figured that just as soon as I clicked on this thread and saw that it was Taitz again. She must be low on funds again.

We all know Republicans are known for being weenies when it comes to fighting for anything that conservatives want. Bennett is not going to do a dam thing to get this resolved.

However the fact remains that the Hawaii Attorney General’s office remains precisely where massive and concentrated political pressure can be applied rather than diffusing the efforts all over the place to no avail.

Hawaii’s Republican Attorney General Bennett most likely would appreciate being able to keep his job, as would the Republican Governor of Hawaii Linda Lingle. Hawaii is an overwhelmingly blue state. The fact that a couple of Republicans hold statewide offices means that they need every single vote to stay in power.
