They are in violation of child safety laws and are repeatedly showing themselves to be pro-rape by aiding and abetting criminal activity (the rapists and molestors go free and the evidence of their crime is “disposed” of).
You are right! The leadership of the organization needs to be prosecuted under the RICO statute as they are willingly enabling the rapists and covering up their crimes.
