Adviser Says Obama's First 100-Days Most Productive Since FDR

WASHINGTON -- The Obama White House doesn't "subscribe to the legitimacy" of the 100-day metric for presidential progress, but is still mighty satisfied and well-versed it the new president's accomplishments.

"This isn't Biblical," a senior White House adviser said of the 100-day marker. "You don't do 100 days and rest."

Even so, this senior official, a long-time adviser to the president who spoke on the condition he not be quoted by name, said "you would be hard-pressed to find another administration that's done so much in such a short period of time. It's been a very productive 100 days."

For most of the 45-minute session the White House adviser spent with a small group of reporters, the suggestion that Obama had been more productive than Franklin Delano Roosevelt in his first 100 days (the president whose scale of activity first generated 100-day assessments of subsequent presidencies) was left on the table. When asked if that was the proper interpretation, the adviser said Obama's had been the most productive since FDR.

the obama adminstration has got America on the fast track to 200 years ago.

I can't seem to keep up with steady stream of warning signals, flashing red lights and danger signs.

The man is a walking disaster.

You are so right. What IS “productive” exactly? When cancer cells are the most “productive”, one dies sooner. When bank robbers are the most productive, Banks get robbed more. When politicians are the most productive, our taxes seem to go up quickly.

About as productive as the 100 days following October 26, 1917.

I suppose you consider that an achievement if you are a statist.

...and for all his shortcomings, at least FDR didn’t prance around the world, apologize and prostrate himself before our enemies.

"you would be hard-pressed to find another administration that's done so much in such a short period of time. It's been a very productive 100 days."

The movie title would be: "How to Eff Up the United States in 100 Days or Less." They've done a lot all right, none of it good.

With all the trouble the “Sham Wow” guy is in, one of these “advisors” has an opportunity for a great future. All you’ve got to be able to do is sling the BS.

If being a total incompetent goof is productive, I guess so.

The items in the list were either a complete failure or destructive to American interests. What is more, it is far easier to tear something down, as Hussein is doing, than it is to build something up.

"This isn't Biblical," a senior White House adviser said of the 100-day marker. "You don't do 100 days and rest."

God rested after 7 days after His Creation...

Obamessiah isn't going to rest even after 100 days (he's a "workaholic"), because he wants his "home improvements" in hell (which he's brought to Erf) to be perfect.

Obama is bringing on CHANGE as he promised.

But the kind of change he has pushed make it the most DIS-productive 100 days in the history of the Republic.

He (or she?) is an "advisor"... He/she is obviously drinking the kool-aide. I'd put obama at the very bottom of the list, it is hard to imagine how he could've done worse. Seriously.

I’m reminded of the line in True Lies where the Jamie Lee Curtis asks Arnold if he actually killed people and Arnold replies “yes, but they were all bad”.

Sure, BO has done a lot and it’s all bad.

He’s got either until he legalizes the illegals or 2010 to get his agenda rammed through and he isn’t letting any grass grow under his feet. Our enemy is motivated.
