What international treaty (that we are a signatory of) did we violate? I also wonder what oath he swore.
The ones I took - I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. He swore to "support and defend" our Constitution, not obey the will of foreigners. He also swore to obey orders - and that is not secondary.

I dont see any mention of US soldiers, this is saying the elected officials must swear an oath...the guy cant read appearently and is listenting to a long haired lawyer...
