I was referring to the fact that there are not a lot of pigs in raghead land, thus the spreading of the virus would not be a problem for their livestock.

Pigs in general are not a carrier. A specific small and localized population of pigs—perhaps just one—served as the recombinant host.

I think, with the ROP religion forbidding ANY contact with pig products of ANY kind, that it would have to be a case of hiring someone else (apparently not a Nobel Prize winning scientist type) to muddle several different kinds of flu together so they could be released in the US by illegal aliens (who would probably be paid quite handsomely to cross the border, not realizing they could make themselves quite sick as well, or even die from said virus/es)—my tin foil hat came out the minute I heard that museum guy died the day after meeting HolyO—too many weird connections going on in this Mexiflu mess!
