Wow. Wonder if he means it or if he’s just grandstanding for Federal Aid. Although I think the raping of the auto companies MAY have given a few people a clue about taking candy from strangers (or money from the Feds)

I hope I have to eat my words, but I’m betting that this will never happen. The Governator and the legislature, aided and abetted by the MSM will find the most popular, heart-wrenching programs to target for “brutal cuts”. The sheeple will fall into line.

But it’s fun to dream!
