I hate to see this. The TV images of Bush/Pataki/Guiliani/Kerik in the aftermath of 911 are forever etched in my mind.

...has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Washington on charges of making false statements to White House officials...

It's illegal to make a false statement to a Federal official? When you're not under oath (which,I assume,is the case here)? So if I were to tell that ballet dancer,Raham Emanuel, that I had never referred to Hussein as a worthless Maoist and it was discovered that I have I could go to the slammer?

How about when a Federal official makes a false statement to me?

I say let him go. The new mulatto POTUS has lied about being eligible to be POTUS. Obama lies on a daily basis. Lyin’ is that new “values” crap Soetero likes to hype. Nobody, but nobody, can lie as big as Barry Soetero.

Hey, Kerik is small taters. He should be applauded for setting the new lyin’ tone in DC.
