• School dropout.

• Homeless or runaway.

• Court-involved or an “offender.”

• An English as a Second Language learner or an immigrant.

80% of the funding will to to ACORN, the rest to the non-producer class.

The link doesn’t work for me. Can you check it out, because I’d love to send this one to my list.

More of the same....reward the lowest achievers. What happened to help for kids who were bothering to stay out of trouble....forget them!

I remember when John Silber was president of Boston University and had a program for a free college education for incarcerated murderers.

Meanwhile my son did not qualify for any grants or assistance. Go figure.

If Kennedy thought this way, there never would have been money to get to the Moon. Instead, it’s all just going down a rat hole.

The world is turning upside down. Rewarding pregnant teens, criminal offenders, dropouts . . .

Of course, some people will be shocked when rewarding this behavior results in more of this destructive behavior.

Imagine the benefits we could reap if we "invested" this kind of money in the worthwhile and PRODUCTIVE?

Oh, wait, that's what the "free market" does, and we can't have that anymore.

I sent this one to my kids, some of whom are looking for summer jobs, and some of who have kids who are looking for summer jobs.

They’ve all encountered similar difficulties when applying for college scholarships. Not much money left after all the minorities have been satisfied.
