"America and Islam are not exclusive, and need not be in competition."

To my understanding, this is a FALSE statement, and must be countered. Islam is not just a religion, but a system of governance as well. Anyone have a better handle on this than I?

I agree it’s a system of governance.

I think thats the best way to approach it to argue against it’s use in the US: ie: sharia law, etc
