He will say that obamacare is great blah blah blah and the pubs have no answers and blame Bush and he will NOT take any important questions about Walpin and americorpsGate because all of the questions are controlled. Yet... some CBS news reporter bragged that this is 0bama's 24th something open transparency presser.

The likely real reason it was moved indoors:
“Update at 10:25 a.m. ET: As The Oval writes, moving indoors “will raise the temperature of some journalists” because there are only 49 seats in the briefing room.”
Less seats means fewer reporters and fewer questions. I am sure each one that gets a seat or is called upon is a set up as usual.
