The water campaign was Mayor R.T. Rybak’s idea. He also brought us those decorative water fountains a year ago.

Well let me tell you, Mayor Whybeck is spending $180,000 for NOTHING ON THE BACKS OF THE POOR AND CHILDREN!!!

How many poor and children could be fed for $180,000?
