Would anyone like the 98 page document from the EPA? I found it yesterday on another website. It does dismiss AGW, so we are in effect being lied to by the EPA.

I have been waiting for the first real overstep and this may be it. In California we already have this crap, but in mid 2011 is when the pain hits in the form of a Smart Electrical meter and the fact that rates will be triple the noon to 6 time frame and double in all others except for the 11:00PM to 7:00Am time frame where they will be 3 cents per kw cheaper. In the central valley the average summer electrical bill will probably increase to between $800 and $1000 per month without an increase in kw’s used
