The New Black Panthers decided not to contest the judgment for reasons not disclosed. This would have led to a default judgment. They would have been sentenced. Eric Holder did the unthinkable by dropping the charges in a case the DOJ had alredy won by default. It doesn’t make sense, or does it?

Who benefits?

Obama owes a lot to ACORN and various groups including the New Black Panthers who were keeping an eye on this case. Time alone will prove that this is the most corrupt administration ever.
