Excellent idea but do you think the Permanent Crime Family (Read: Congress) would pass such a law?

State Republican office is being bombarded with negative calls. They are tired of taking all the flack. Worst excuse I heard is that he did this knowing it would fail in the Senate and was just trying to make nice. I told her that’s not why he’s there. If it is, invite everybody, we’ll all get drunk and go home happy.

Castle is not responding.

Any Congress critter who admits to not reading a bill they voted on should be removed from his/her position.

I lived in DE once. Michael Castle is a Zero, not a bad guy, but a Zero, just like Joe Biden.

However this is not an unexpected reflection of the self-satisfied yuppie population of DE. Very very similar to Oregon and Minnesota, a population of deluded self-consumed people living off the harvest of the past. The women are the worst. In DE it is very specifically the corporate tax laws which send billions to that State regardless of the productivity of the residents. A quintessentially liberal vortex.

It really is graphic if one lives there for a while, although it wasn't always that way, i.e. Pete DuPont, Russell Peterson, and some others.

Was it even physically possible to read the 300 pages before the vote since it arrived in the wee hours of the morning? I personally would have needed a couple of days at least. The vote never should have been taken. There was no bill to even read-—only the 300 page addendum. The whole process was worse than what you would expect from a group of kindergarteners. All of it was designed to RAMROD legislation through, ala Nancy and company. Standards of decency and process do not exist in this current environment. It’s all about the end game. There is no sense in being responsible and reading something because there is no expectation for doing what is best for America. It is all about POWER. It is all about REELECTION. It is all about MONEY. It is not about you or me, or America.
