Bernie headed the Nasdaq for a while. Wrote and rewrote (in the wake of other crooks) rules for the industry regarding ethics and compliance and conduct of business and such. While plastering his photo on these rules and distributing to others in the industry expecting - and receiving - our compliance and adherence, he knowingly, willfully, and with great cash windfall to himself and family, broke every rule. He didn't just steal from the henhouse, he harvested the fields and then salted the earth when he left.
