If Sarah Palin had done this in Alaska, then the ankle-biters would have been in overdrive filing ethics complaints against her.

Obama used his job as a U.S. Senator as nothing more than a platform to run for the presidency.
He hardly warmed the chair of the job he was being paid handsomely to do.

Agree. There needs to be an ethics investigation in Virgina it would appear.

He’ll just use the Algore no-controlling-legal-authority dodge and the driveby media will forgive him or drop the story and in some cases both.

You mean Soros would have funded more out-of-work attorneys to fly to Richmond and file lawsuits?

Richmond ping.
Doc Thompson on WRVA has launched a “Where’s Tim Kaine” campaign. Talked about it on Glenn Beck when he was subbing for Glenn this week.

It’s interesting to read the comments posted at the WaPo site. Normally comments there are overwhelmingly pro-RAT but the response to this story is heavily anti-Kaine. Several impeach him type comments.
I have to wonder if this is going to have any effect on Deeds. It really is rather audacious.

They are shutting down services in VA. Its clear that Kaine and the democraps are not minding the store.
To: Virginia Ridgerunner
What? Does Kaine think he is a union honcho or something? Get to take time off from his real job to work at a second job?

“But Kaine said he remains in constant contact with staff from the governor’s office by cellphone and e-mail when he is gone”
Talk about a 0! Kaine has absolutely no discernible accomplishments to his credit here in VA. Were he a halfrican like 0bama, we could call him “zer0’s mini-me.”

He only spends half a day working in DC 'cause he's stuck in traffic the other half day.
We should be glad he spend so little time playing governor. If he worked full time as governor he'd probably close all of the interstate rest stops and welcome centers.
