When Korbel Champagne Cellars owner Gary Heck sued to find out who was saying nasty things about him on the Internet, he might have been surprised to discover an answer so close to home.
The anonymous critic on Craigslist was his daughter Richie Ann, according to papers Korbel filed in Sonoma County Superior Court.

I worked for Gary back in the 80's. His daughter was crazy back then and has gotten crazier with each passing year. Gary was a good ol' boy deputy sheriff in Sonoma County who took over control of the winery when his dad, Dolph, got sick. He's made a lot of good business decisions and many bad personal decisions, but no one deserves the scum for a daughter he's got....
That is very interesting. I’m sorry that the daughter is so crazy.

Comcast agreed to identify the customer account after Korbel obtained a court order seeking the information."

Well, it’s always about the money. “Follow the money.”
Always.
You think that would be a given, but let's see what happens as the suit goes forward. Also, I'm interested in Richie Ann's claim that other people had access to her account. How will the court rule on that....
Wow ......she sounds like quite the fry pie !
Reminds me of the “If I’d shot em when I wanted to I’d be out of jail by now” concept......:o)
Stay Safe an thanks for the inside story.
