Obama SWORE to the American people that EVERY BILL would be posted on-line for Americans to view. So far, not one single bill has met the ‘openness’ criteria he pledged to uphold. So if you want information you have to go digging in the middle of the night when these things are created and written.

Bob Bechel revealed the answer Barry will give ... if it is one of 'his bills' it will get posted. So far, it is only bills from the democrat controlled Congress which have been passing into law without anyone among the we the people class being allowed to read them.
