(LifeSiteNews.com) - A US District Judge has blocked the Los Angeles Community College District from enforcing its sexual harassment policy, which the judge ruled had promoted a hostile environment for the free speech rights of a Christian student.

U.S. District Judge George H. King agreed with Jonathan Lopez, a student attending Los Angeles City College (LACC), that the District's policy as written had created the environment that emboldened his speech professor to call Lopez a "fascist ba***rd" for explaining his Christian beliefs and how they related to his views against same-sex "marriage."

I give this student a lot of credit! He knew the cards were stacked against him, yet he still pushed forward.

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black! Is it not a fascist act to try to silence and berate a person for their point of view?

If God is with you, who can be against you?

“Judge Sides with Christian Students”

Or maybe the judge just thinks he should side with the Constitution?

Amen to that.

We have to have courage and stand up for what is right, even it means that we will be attacked for it.

Christ died for what was right. We should be able to stand up against a hippie professor or two.

“If God is with you, who can be against you?”

When asked whose side God was on, Abe Lincoln said maybe the question should be whether we’re on His side?

That is exactly what the Alliance Defense Fund (ADF) and the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) are all about. They are the antidote to the ACJU.

These organizations will often take these Constitutional cases all the way to the US Supreme court, regaining our liberties one by one through legal precedent, frequently at no expense to the plaintiff.

For all who wonder how to respond to this current administration and its attack on our Constitutional rights, please consider donating to these worthy causes.

Hey, I don’t mean to pull rank on Abe Lincoln, or Sarah Palin who so famously quoted him, but I’m just quoting the Good Book.

Romans 8:31 (New International Version)

31What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

Do these people have no clue as to how they will answer to God when they are dead and buried? I just don’t get it. Yes, I understand that they don’t believe in God, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t exist. Who’s the fool?

Sorry, that should have read ACLU, not ACJU.
