Bolton in a permanent position, but probably Ann Coulter as a stand-in kinda like with a sign “break glass in case of emergency” when the liberals need a verbal spanking.

Current "no names" would work, hay who heard of Palin a year ago? I like the idea of no lawyers, at least not the run of the mill ones.
