I've made my point that the rude use of ethnic slurs does not show one to be racist on the order of supporting a political policy that is overtly racist such as Affirmative Action. In other words I think of Jesse Jackson as racist but I'll give Popeye Doyle a pass.
Your point is still crap (I dare you to call ten black people "n****r" and ten white people "cracker" at your place of employment and then tell your boss you weren't being racist) but you are only responding to one point out of five. If you are so intellectually superior to me, let's see something. Otherwise I pretty much have to figure you're hiding under your desk from the more challenging aspects of my argument.

Three answers for you:
1. Looks don’t necessarily tell that story. For example, if Barack Obama wasn’t famous and somebody asked me to tell them if he was mulatto or not, I wouldn’t have a clue. Same with Tiger Woods, really. I didn’t know Vin Diesel was anything but a white guy until I was told otherwise.
2. Plenty of people are in denial about their background, are self-loathing or just don’t know.
3. Most importantly, if you look at the link in post 2, you’ll see that Manning said that stuff. Moreover, it wasn’t just stuff said in passing or taken out of context; I heard him defend it on Hannity’s show.

Look at Chris Rock and Manning. Or Shirley Hemphill from "What's Happening" and Manning. Or your basic Africa African and Manning.

That's strike one, jive turkey. You have said I have no argument and can only sling insults, but now that I've advanced an argument you're under the desk. Stop being a hypocrite and answer what I've written in post 11.
In addition, it's foolish to charge me with being beholden to PC. The only evidence you have that I'm PC is that I think it's racist to call a black guy a "n*****." None of the things Manning said that I've objected to are un-PC, they are flat out racist and I stated why they are.
Answer the arguments in 11. Quit being a jive turkey.
I’m saying the difference is irrelevant. Take the President. His mother was a very lightly complected white woman, but he’s about the same color as my pastor’s wife, and if she has any white ancestors they were pre-Civil War. Heck, he’s darker than Colin Powell, and IIRC Powell’s white ancestors are a long way back. His parents are certainly not European looking.
Look, no matter what he looks like or how much white blood he has, Manning either said the stuff he said or not. Tell me, if he did say that stuff and conservatives promote him, are people going to say, “It’s OK that you support this racist and liar because of this or that geneological issue?”
Gee, I’ll miss you telling me how intelligent you are.

I never brought up my intelligence, I only defended myself against your hypocritical insult.
