Huh? I though each question had the grade for that question after people voted on that question. I thought O got about a C.

All you have to do is click on the states on CNN's map and see that the largest percentage grade for every single state is F.

CNN knew most people wouldn't click that far or would simply (pun) take the C average as being Zero's grade.

Not so. That preponderance of F's tells the real story. Every state.
