That is assault. If she wanted to separate him from her hubby all she had to do is step in between them, problem solved.Or she could have just pulled her husband away and reminded him to keep his blood pressure down.If nothing else she could have told the guy he was arguing with that her hot tempered husband had a heart condition, the argument would have probably stopped at that point because most people won't argue with a heart patient.
