My wife pushed a neighbor who was male over an argument about some grass we blew on to their property. She’s average size. So was he. He wasn’t injured. Just a push. We had to go to court for assault, and she was on probation for a year. My experience is you can’t touch someone.
That’s my point. We have become a nation of wimps when lawsuits evolve over petty issues.
