Yes... In reality, the Federal Government should NOT have control over anything not specified in the Constitution - via the 10th Amendment. Seems that they have been obliterating the Constitution for many years - and the Supreme Court seems to be going along with it! If they continue to ignore the Constitution, it will lead to another Revolution among the States.
I doubt that anything will suppress the direction that the Courts are heading but they should really be aware that they are ruling against the Constitution.

Please get a grip...I am on your side, and oppose this bill. However, if Congress/WH had to use this Healthcare they are proposing, it would’nt be this bill...but they have their own Healthcare so they don’t care. It’s about controlling who lives and dies...that’s marxism. This bill isn’t about Healthcare, imho.
