CNSNews.com) - The bill meant to combat global warming that passed the U.S. House of Representatives in June would decrease the Gross Domestic Product of the United States by $2 trillion to $3 trillion between 2012 and 2030, a study shows.
The study on the economic impact of the American Clean Energy and Security Act was commissioned by the American Council for Capitol Formation (ACCF), a non-profit that examines tax and environmental policy, and the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), the nations largest manufacturing trade organization.

Duh alert!
call your congressmen now....
Another scam designed to cripple American excellence.
Study up, crew! The Earth has been COOLING from 2001 to now, nearly ten years.
Look for proof of this online, start with www.woodfortrees.org then look for journal papers discussing this.
Whenever a warmer starts his chant about catastrophically increasing temperatures and tries to get away with the diversion that “it’s only getting colder where YOU are, but GLOBALLY...” knock them down with a well-researched and backed up FACT that we have been cooling.
Second punch: find me a Global Warming Climate Scientist who correctly predicted a decade of cooling, BEFORE 1998!
(It was 1999-2000 when they switched to Global Climate Change, suspecting that the sudden drop in global temperature might be more than a fad).
So, what does it take for a President to be re-called?
Quadruple our national debt in 6 months
Print money and fuel inflation
Record number of home foreclosures
Unemployment closing on 10%
Increased taxes
Prevent Coal and Oil exploration
Prevent electrical plants from opening
Corruption from the top all the way down his administration
Forcing through Gov’t programs that are against the will fo the people
Caught, time and again in lies
Admits he has no facts on a topic, then makes the statment that the cops were stupid
Assumes ownership and management of private/public companies
Promises ‘Transparancy’ yet has been less cooperative and open than any previous adminstration
Now, I guess I just must be a racist; because I see these are major problems. But, what does it take?
Oh come on. Add a couple of zeros to that, then I'll agree. 200 trillion to 300 trillion over 18 years is more like it. 6-12 trillion a year.
According to the Constitution, a president can be removed by impeachment in the house and conviction in the senate, for High Crimes and Misdemeanors.
That’s the process, no “recall” as we don’t get a vote in impeachment (we are a republic, not a democracy).
Calling Captain Obvious!
Which would explain why California recalled Gov. Gray and put in Arnold. California embodies Democracy (as opposed to Republic ideals) not only politically, but constitutionally as well. Thanks for the clarification.
