LOL, toddlers on weed ...

I still think it's from the Joker's drug dealing years. The term wee wee'd was in common use for stoners in the 70s and 80s. Where did he get the money, having never even had a real job as significant as running a lemonade stand.

NO TODDLERS NOT ON WEED! She said wee wee because she couldn’t say Gary, our son’s name. And a little neighbor boy said wee wee when he went to bathroom. This is a toddler phrase not a presidential phrase!

I was in college in the 1960s so I learned about weed long ago.

wee wee has nothing to do with pot.

The term was not common for stoners in 70s or 80s in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, or California where we lived.

I do not have a clue why Bama used this 'term' and I am not familiar with it. And if what you are saying fits who was he talking to and about what? Has he gone into using 'code' language?
