Bush vs Gore ignored the constitution for political reasons but there was little outrage from the ‘constitutional purists’ birthers here because you all liked that. The ruling on federal partial birth abortion law ‘ignores the constition’. These were both decisions outside the stated authority of the federal government. So the SCOTUS ignoring the birther lawsuits is no surprise.

Liberals are suddenly worried about ‘the constitution’ when they attack Bush. Save me the moral outrage.

Your whole movement puropse is to be a Thorn in Obama’s flesh but so far it is not working, yet MSNBC loves it. It gives Schulz, Mathews , Olbermann and Maddow that common thread to tie all criticism of Obama together with the theme of . “birthers, guns, hatred and racism”. Fortunately MSNBC ratings are very low.
