He never had to address the nation on this issue. It never came up during the election and once he was sworn in (almost) no one will touch it. Anyone legitimately criticizing his policies is accused of being a racist, imagine what the response would be from challenging his birth. The big problem with the issue is it revolves around his birth. Even if you could prove he was not born in the USA you would have to prove he knew he was not a citizen to make it a moral issue at all. That would be like having a recording of his admitting it but saying he doesnt care. Legally, it's dead.

You misunderstand the title then launch into why we should ignore the Constitution. If you disagree, if you believe it’s not worth defending, why post? Do you honestly believe that you will change anyone’s opinion? And that the subject will be dropped at your behest?
