Agree. While I don't doubt that Obama would love to do it, they have to know they can't pull it off. It would be a third term kind of thing to do. He needs to get control of the military brass first, install a loyal corps within it that can counter any protests from the guys with the big guns, then have a brownshirt brigade to do his bidding with civilians, and also prepare the youth for about 8 years so that they are in their 20s and part of his cadre. Then, with a little planning and a fake crisis, they might be able to try it. Even then, it would spark civil war.
Keep an eye out for the amendment to let him have a third term. That will come early in a second term, if he gets one. If we fight hard enough, and keep ACORN from stealing it, he won't get a second term and this will all be moot.
