Lets see, he talks on and on for 60 minutes, Pelosi can get up at least twice per minute (60x2=120), will clap at least 20 times per stand up (20x120=2400) add a few for good measure...

Yes if you said what sounds like “9 9 9” to a german, they’d think you were being very insistant about objecting to something repeating “no,no,no”.
If you said “neun, neun, neun” (the numbers 9 9 9)who knows?
As an aside, to say nine hundred ninety-nine is “neun hundert neun und neunzig”. That is nine hundred nine and ninety, that is the way they order it.
“No” in german is “nein”. Sounds just like 9 though.
However the number 9 in german is “neun” (sounds like noi-n).
The date would be said “neun, neun, neun” if they’d say it in the informal way that we often do using numbers. I don’t know if they say dates like that. I doubt it. They probably don’t say it in the same order we do. “Number, month, year” is more european. We do “month,number,year” more often, although we do both.
The long way I’d say it in german... would be “neun September zwei tausend neun”. (9 September 2009)

Oh, IF I’d watch Der Fuhrer on Wednesday night, and I never watch him, I’d do a drinking game everytime he said “NOTION”, “LET ME BE CLEAR”, “I’VE ALWAYS SAID”, “I WON”....etc.
Drinking game on that and how many times the Wack-a Mole Pelosi jumps up to HEIL OBAMA.

As someone else has observed, it appeared that VP Biden got a bit perturbed and so I will watch him for curved hands moving towards a Botox throat.
