SNIPPET from the link in post no. 1:

"Asked as an intelligence service insider about the toll the administration's actions are taking on CIA morale, Clizbe told Newsmax: "If I were out in the field now and operating in counterterrorism operations, it would sure take the wind out of my sails to know that people who were following procedures very carefully laid out are now going to face some kind of investigation at least, potential prosecution, persecution for sure.

"I would be very demoralized.""

Let us not forget that we did not torture Americans, we did not torture our own citizens, we did not torture patriots, WE TORTURED TERRORISTS, WE TORTURED ENEMY COMBATANTS, WE TORTURED PEOPLE CAPTURED ON THE FIELD OF BATTLE DURING A WAR. WE TORTURED THESE INDIVIDUALS TO GET INFORMATION THAT SAVED AMERICAN LIVES, THAT SAVED LIVES OF OTHER PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD, CITIZENS OF OTHER COUNTRIES. WE DID NOT BEHEAD THESE PRISONERS. WE DID NOT ENGAGE IN ANY EXTREME PHYSICAL TORTURE TO THEM. WE DID NOT PULL OUT THEIR FINGER NAILS ONE BY ONE. WE DID NOT TORTURE THEM TO DEATH BY THE DEATH OF A THOUSAND CUTS. WE DID NOT BREAK THEIR ARMS AND LEGS. WE DID NOT FORCE THEM TO ENGAGE IN A GAME OF RUSSIAN ROULETTE. The entire idea of what constitutes true torture is very relative and changes from person to person.
