More sensitive arms exports needed to “moderate” islamic theocracies such as malaysia, uae and turkey.
Looks like all the rogue states need to do is present their laundry list of cutting edge military hardware to some made up company in these countries to get around western arms-export restrictions.
Benefactors include Libya, Pakistan, NKorea, Syria and China. What a cute bunch of friendlies!
