DEVELOPING: ACORN will immediately stop any "new intakes" — essentially freezing its operations — following the release of four videos that depict its workers assisting a man and woman posing as a pimp and prostitute in search of housing for their illegal business, its chief executive officer said.
"As a result of the indefensible action of a handful of our employees, I am, in consultation with ACORN's Executive Committee, immediately ordering a halt to any new intakes into ACORN's service programs until completion of an independent review,"

That reviewer, to be named within 48 hours, will make recommendations directly to me and to the full ACORN Board. We enter this process with a commitment that all recommendations will be implemented.”
Just another message from ACORN. I suspect that some DEMs contacted them and said the jig is up, no more tax-payer money.
Nope, I am not insensitive! Pull the cord on these freeloaders and close up shop! I could give a rat’s a$$ what they do in an independent audit. They most certainly would not follow guidelines like Sarbanes-Oxley ... shut ‘em down!

With these latest additions, The One may need to get over-sized wheels and tires installed on the bus or it might get stuck!
