JMO, but there is not optional for the FBI, IRS, or Homeland Security to investigate. This is mandatory. ACORN, in multiple States, clearly offered to assist people who intended to import across the national border, and traffic across State lines, underage females for the purposes of prostitution, tax evasion, and money laundering.
