Brian Bilbray is a liberal masquerading in Republican clothing. Bilbray has an F rating from the NRA, which means if you are a gun-owner, he is against YOU. If you are a taxpayer, Bilbray is also your enemy, with a D rating from the National Tax Limitation Committee. He has an American Conservative Union lifetime rating of only 71% (relatively, very low), and is pro-choice. Bilbray is on the national advisory board of the Log Cabin Club (gay Republican interest group).

Here in San Diego the guy's considered a piece of trash.

If every congress critter and every federal employee took an 80% pay cut it would be nice.

Oh the horrors! you need help and have to ask for it. That's just not fair, the government should confiscate her neighbors income to pay for what ever she needs. So if I understand this correctly, tyranny good, charity bad.

Because “Red Ed” thinks he has achieved a real coup by getting RINO’s to talk to him. If a “Republican” talks to him chances are they aren’t Republicans.

Then...why is he getting elected?

The reasons are twofold. Firstly, there have been no serious challengers to his seat and secondly, there is no shortage of RINOS in San Diego County.

He’s from CA, where people truly believe in socialism, not just acquiesence.

He is the poster child for how the demrats have coopted the GOP.

The good news is that he’s shown his true colors. Of course, he’s from CA so I don’t see him being voted out of office any time soon.
