The corridor was a fine idea, in principle.

The problem for its advocates was that everybody knew it was going to be chock full of waste and fraud.

I35, when moved to Texas in 1984 they were rebuilding I35 in Hillsboro.

They are still rebuilding it. WTF? is up with that?
