That’s fine by me. Wisconsin is second in production of ‘taters to Idaho. More per bushel this year for our farmers. :)

About 50-60 years ago, my neighbor's father raised about 17 tons of potatoes per year on an upper field--now dry pasture-- on our east 160.

Oh, wait! I don't have a farm tractor & plow; nor a potato harvester; nor contracts; nor a storage building; nor 6 or 8 strapping sons & nephews to do the work; and the spring dried up, and....
