Another GOP senator open to health care overhaul

WASHINGTON – A second Republican senator RINO signaled Wednesday she's open to voting for sweeping health care legislation this year, putting President Barack Obama closer to [ The Death of the US Republic,] a historic achievement that has eluded generations of Democratic leaders.

But Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, told The Associated Press that the bill approved Tuesday by the Finance Committee needs substantial improvements to make coverage more affordable, contain costs, and protect Medicare. Nevertheless, she joined her Maine GOP colleague Sen. Olympia Snowe in endorsing the goal of far-reaching changes.

Now lets watch the RNC ... how will they respond? A Moderate Response will mean they have stepped onto Snowe's Slippery Slope. The 2010 platform is already tilting, nothing like adding a little Snowe to make anybody who stands on it fall down. The RNC better get these "liberals" reined in, or kick them out of the party, they are "tainting" the the party for 2010. (Time to stop sending money to the RNC?)

Republicans are so wishy washy, and partisan that I can not continue to give them money for campaigning.

It is a two edged sword ...that is blunt on both sides ...they continue to fold and compromise, and do NOT what the people want; they make appeals about how they (Republicans ) must change and make strong showing in the next elections. I AGREE.

Yet they are not changing. They are being moderate (read turn coat) MO.

It is self defeating for the Conservative Republicans. We appear to be up a creek without a paddle.

How do we force change? I know creating a new party only divides the vote and allows further entrenchment of the Communist, socialist, Marxist, Fascist ways of the liberals.

God help us is my cry. We obviously can do nothing without the help of the God of creation, of whom NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR HIM.

We must genuinely and sincerely cry out to God with repentance and confession for turning from His way. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
