A Houston city councilman running for city controller owes more than $100,000 in federal income taxes dating back seven years, public records show.
Ronald C. Green, a lawyer who has served in the city’s At-Large Position 4 since 2004, owed $120,043.11 to the federal government earlier this year, according to federal tax liens filed with the Harris County clerk’s office this past summer. The delinquent taxes go back as far as 2002.

If you think our Controllers candidate slate is bad consider the mayoral slate. {BTW City Controller is next to the Mayor in political power in Houston City government}.
Running for Mayor is a lesbian [the current Controller]; an architect with a lot of money via his wife and term limited Councilmember; a black attorney who used to be a radical [now backed by the big money down town establishment] and an Hispanic moderate Republican. The lesbian is probably the least leftist radical of them all!
The moral to the story is that in Obama’s America, only suckers pay taxes!

My sister used to have a band in Houston. She had several black guys in the band. They were great guys, very talented and a hell of a lot of fun. I remember one night we were all drinking and having a good time and the subject of income taxes came up. Cedric, one of the guys said "we don't pay no income taxes!". And the rest of the black guys said the same thing. None had ever paid any income taxes. Most of the guys were in their late 20's or early 30's at the time. They all thought we were crazy for even expecting them to pay taxes. They laughed at us.
...this story is pretty typical of America’s urban areas these days...in Baltimore, a candidate for city council was picked up with outstanding felony arrest warrents...such details are of no concern to the inner city voter.
