AEP’s John Turk plant east of Texarkana, Arkansas is in construction phase. It will burn Powder River Wyoming coal.

I hadn’t heard about that one and I know people in the powerplant construction field - someone’s got some balls there. 0bama promised he would bankrupt the coal industry.
