Hey, pal. Get up to date. There is no information that this perp is a Canadian citizen. He was the son on the imam. He has been arrested:

His citizenship has not been established, but the article says he "moved" to Windsor. He "moved" here from Dearborn. He is going back to the US very soon, in cuffs, thanks to the RCMP.

Just to bring you up to date, friend. This guy was hustled back over the border, TO YOUR COUNTRY WHERE HE IS A "CITIZEN". They didn't even bother to extradite him, just shipped him back.
Also, FYI, he was granted bail by a US federal judge.
Don't accuse Canada of harboring terrorists when your "citizens" come over here to hide out after committing crimes.
