Hey, remember the nurse killer, Richard Speck, was getting a sex-change operation while in prison, paid by the tax payer, when he died. How about giving the tax payers a break by cutting that s**t out?
Apparently Speck had taken some hormones which were smuggled into the prison. This is not the same as a taxpayer-paid sex change aside from the fact he was still alive so his room and board were covered. He died of a heart attack.
