“The Ummah is ruled by Jamil Abdullah Al-Amin, formerly known as H. Rapp Brown, who is serving a state sentence in USP Florence, CO, ADMAX, for the murder of two police officers in Georgia.”
Why have jails/prisons if these inmates can “rule” an uprising or radical group from inside??
Solitary for these dudes, or is that cruel and unusual?
From the Free Jamil al Amin/H. Rap Brown facebook page. date 2/21/09
As many of you may have heard, Jamil Al-Amin has been moved to what is known in prison as "the hole". He was strip searched and placed in a cell with no bed, no control over the lights and no shower. They have taken his Qur'an and all of his other personal property. No information has been given as to why this transfer was made, but nothing could justify this inhumane treatment.
Pro'ly in the eyes of a liberal judge, but note the operative word in that clause is "and." Cruel it might be but is it unusual too? If not, the clause doesn't fit. No such thing as a cruel or unusual clause. Let's get more of these punishments usual.
watched National geographic and other channels who have shown prisons and all of them are ruled by the inmates not the guards..
They have the room to walk around , to mix etc.
It is high time that the wardens take back the prisons and stop letting gangs run them.
no not cruel.
put them in a call with no interaction for the rest of their miserable lives.
course I expect the lefty lunatics again complain about how the civil rights is being ignored
well sorry lefty loon as far as I am concerned when you kill someone you take their civil rights away thus you should have yours taken away so cut the wishy washy lefty crap
Better yet, how about a firing squad with 6 shells x 25 cents, equals $1.50 to rid the planet & the U.S. of these vermin. They can get an early trip to their 75 muzzie virgins.
