You should have heard Col. Hunt this AM on Fox & Friends defending the Army.....said there was no way to vet this guy. Pathetic.
Except I doubt he was planning on living through it, facing months of painful suffering all while being aggressively grilled by interrogators.
It's gonna be kinda hard for the DBM to hide the fact, that Judge Jeanine Pirro just echoed on FNC, that the muzzie killer screamed out "alley Akbar" as he stood on a desk and shot some 40 of our troops. How the hell do you hide that!
It's gonna be especially embarrassing for the FBI who let pc rule their actions and rank higher than doing anything about the hidden terrorist as they investigated this hidden terror shrink.

Thanks for the ping, Alas. I don’t have any good feelings about stopping this train wreck of health care takeover. We shouldn’t and won’t stop fighting, but passing this through the House has made stopping it that much more difficult.

He’s attending the memorial service on Tuesday before flying to Asia.
My personal opinion is that he is only doing this because it will be televised. He will probably give one of his cold speeches in the same vocal tone as he uses for everything else.
The claim that he doesn’t want to burden the post with extra security is BS. He had no trouble burdening New York for his infamous date night, nor bothering people with security when he wanted to vacation at Martha’s vineyard, nor when the Kennedy funeral was being held.
And as I point out every month or so, he still doesn’t have a church and he rarely attends one. He hides in Camp David, playing basketball and smoking. And I don’t think he goes to the chapel there, either.
Good point, but I believe that tactic is usually performed by either the minority leader or whip.

It is interesting that, all of the sudden, some in the media and many on FR have discovered the ‘effective unemployment rate’. When some of us mentioned that a couple of years ago (different political party in the WH), we would get skewered that there was no such thing, yada yada yada. Of course, that was when Bush’s 7% UE was more like 10% EUR.
Many play similar games with ‘inflation’ numbers and the things that are and are not considered with those numbers.
IF pc is their goal there never will be a way to vet anyone.

I saw that thread yesterday, it’s impossible to read with a dry eye.
He should have been there already.
An ex president shouldn’t have beat him to the punch.
He shouldn’t have made his first remarks on the situation on Thursday two minutes into closing remarks at a conference at the Dept. of The Interior.
He shouldn’t think for one minute that we in uniform aren’t watching him and his lack of action where we are concerned.
Agreed, and once the analysis and evaluation of this 2000 page bill gets underway there will be major questions to ask Democrats who never read the bill but voted for it.
It shows a level of class and grace that is sorely missing from the Administration that succeeded him.
